ESI Board of Advisors

Purpose

Entering into it’s fifth year, Employee Strategies strives to build a consulting practice that provides excellent outcomes and measures, thoughtful people practices, a moment of levity and perspective on the role of work, incredible responsiveness, and a fun place to work.

To help shape it’s practice, a council formed of highly competent multi-discipline professionals engage in discussions on best practices for refinement, growth, and development of Employee Strategies. Discussion topics have included types of services, client audits, quarter updates, and development of a five-year business plan.
