Employee Strategies, Inc (ESI) a professional consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations to become great places to work. We are looking to hire an Organization Development Consultant I.

ESI has been in business for five years and over that period of time, we have differentiated ourselves in the Organization Development field with our responsiveness, results and ability to create positive culture change.

In a recent customer audit, one of our customers indicated that ESI was best at, “building a culture that supports and maximizes high-performance employees.” To continue the progress of our organization, we are looking to hire a new consultant.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have:

  • 2-3 years of progressive Human Resource experience focused in
    • training
    • change management
    • project management
    • facilitation
    • Organization development.
  • Experience in making data and reports come to life for the purposes of informing decision making.
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources (graduate degree preferred)
  • Willingness to travel locally and work onsite for extended contracts with our clients
  • Healthcare experience
